Welcome to Luxs Leads (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our AI agents, AI receptionists, AI chatbots, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are available only to business clients who have entered into a contract with Luxs Leads.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and legally enter into binding agreements.

2. Services Provided

Luxs Leads provides AI-powered services including but not limited to:

AI receptionists and chatbots for customer communication

AI agents for business process support

Custom AI solutions under contractual agreements

We may update, enhance, or modify the Services at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Billing: Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Models: We may offer subscription plans, one-time payments, performance-based payments, and free trial periods.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services to:

Harass, abuse, or harm others

Upload harmful, unlawful, or malicious content

Hack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Company Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of Services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services.

We do not reserve the right to arbitrarily refuse service without cause.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Luxs Leads retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, AI models, algorithms, and related content.

Client Data: You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to us.

AI Outputs: Clients are granted a license to use AI-generated outputs for their business purposes. Ownership of the underlying models and systems remains with Luxs Leads.

7. AI-Specific Use Restrictions

To ensure responsible use of AI, clients may not use AI outputs to:

Create or distribute harmful, illegal, misleading, or discriminatory content

Resell, sublicense, or exploit outputs without our consent

Scrape, overload, or misuse the Services or APIs

Circumvent fair use or API limits

8. Disclaimers

The Services, including AI outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are solely responsible for verifying their suitability before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxs Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services if:

You fail to pay fees when due

You breach these Terms

You misuse the Services

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately end. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Liability, and Dispute Resolution will survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norway.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
